For me, this piece doesn't quite live up to the standard set by your other work. Don't get me wrong, here, it is a good image. However, I've seen some great work from you, and this doesn't quite meet par.

For one thing, natural light is always challenging, and well beyond your control as an artist. This piece is a bit dim, strictly in terms of luminosity. If you were to reproduce this image, I would recommend choosing a time when there was more light available from the window, or supplementing the light somewhat.

Also, the horizon of the image is a wash of clashing lines. The bottom of the couch, the base of the wall, and the floor all seem to crowd one another rather than working together. Honestly, I would just try raising the horizon to about the bottom of the sofa leg, or even crop in a bit tighter than that.

These elements aren't devastating, but they do make the image weaker than it could be. The bit of what appears to be trash or paper beneath the sofa is a serious detriment, however.

Now on to the positive stuff. The lighting does create some spectacular shadows, which work well with the muted tones of the room to create a wonderfully soft effect. This might actually be lost if more light were available, but I doubt it.

The model's pose, and your choice and placement of the blue cloth are both aesthetically pleasing; and are also quite complementary to the model's figure. The blue also creates a significant amount of "pop" against the earthy backdrop.

Also, the line of the model's hair where it falls across her breast is a small element I would describe as no less than perfect.

In summary, while the image isn't breathtaking, it is solid work and pleasant to look at, which at the end of the day is all that really matters in photography. I hope this critique was helpful. Now quit reading my boring diatribe and keep dishing out your excellent work.
